In a flash of an eye, this blog has been put to hibernation for many years now.
Recently, I feel like writing some contents. Putting some thoughts into words. Where else but here?
I've been through many things recently, some are personal, some are world wide issue.
Since end of December 2019, the world has been hit with the Corona Virus, Covid-19. This virus changed the way Singaporeans live. Singapore being a diverse country of many cultures, behaviour and reaction to this virus were very different.
In the beginning, there was a limited supply of surgical mask. I bought a box of 50 masks for SDG40. It's around 12bucks per box before the virus. And NOBODY buy them. We usually get it free from hospitals etc when we needed to wear them. In fact, you will not be able to see anyone wearing it in the public. When people where a mask, it's almost certain that the person is sick. It's how Singaporeans were wired.
Now, months later, EVERY SINGLE person above age 3 is REQUIRED to wear a mask in public. We cannot dine out if our group is more than 5 pax. No alcoholic beverages after 10.30PM. Social distancing, and many more. This virus changed the way how people lived.
For me, in order to stay positive, I look into the positive light of every single thing. Almost half of Singapore workforce was put to work from home. Only essential workers had to be out and about to do their jobs. I'm not essential, so I get to work from home. Fact is, I enjoy working from home. I get to spend more time with my family, I don't need to travel to work, I get to be lazy.
Only issue is, I'm putting on weight.

I've been on the net a lot. Youtube and stuff.
Dee Kosh. I see him a lot of food king, I saw some of he's videos. I like some of he's contents. I felt he is a true person on and off screen.
It's been more than a week since he was found paying minors for sexual favours. There's been some news coverage at the beginning. Youtubers talking and sharing their piece, their research about him and the case. No update yet, part of me hope that it's not true. Some of he's contents are really funny. It would be super self slapping if this is true because of the video he did about Eden Ang.

With the advancement of internet and social media, stuff is becoming complicated. Woke, cancel culture. There's even news to cancel Ellen Degeneres. I really cannot imagine. I've started seeing Ellen show since like secondary school. That's like more than 10 years ago. I loved her generosity and helping people in need. I liked the idea that she uses the popularity of the show to get many sponsors for her donations and helping people out. Why would someone like this turned out to be a total opposite?

Divorce of youtubers couple.
Ryan and Sylvia of NOC published a video that they underwent a divorce. Although it was out of mutual agreement, it's still a heartbreaking video to watch. They did the video so that viewers have closure on this topic. Although they really didn't have to do it, but I'm glad they did.
Months later, I'm noticing that Eat Your Kimchi couple Simon and Martina seems to be shooting videos apart. I'm not sure if there's any issue on their relationship, but they did posted something that's quite vague.
I just hope that everyone are happy about their lives and the choices they made.

Apple MBS
The first Apple Retail Store on water in the world just opened recently. As usual, the architecture of MBS retail store is stunning. It took five years to build and I've seen videos of it and I must say, it's really impressive. I believe that it will definitely be another Singapore Icon. Photographers around the world will come specifically just to admire and take nice pictures of this dome.
I'll definitely drop by when I have the chance.

Finally, being able to write thoughts out is an amazing thing to do. Even when nobody is ready it. :)
Not sure when will be the next post.. Maybe another 10 years? LOL
